Taqueria Mexico - Corona is a vibrant Mexican restaurant located at 830 N Main St in Corona, CA, that offers an authentic taste of traditional Mexican street food with a modern twist. Open 24 hours, this beloved local spot has recently undergone a stylish remodel, enhancing both its inviting ambiance and efficiency without compromising the hearty, comforting flavors that keep patrons coming back time and again.
The star of the menu is undoubtedly the tacos — classic corn tortillas piled high with your choice of seasoned meat, fresh cilantro, diced onions, and a selection of zesty red or green salsa. Priced at just $2.60 each, they offer incredible value and flavor, perfect as a quick snack or a part of a satisfying meal. For those seeking something more indulgent, the burritos are a flavorful layering of savory meat, fluffy rice, creamy pinto beans, and fresh toppings, all wrapped in a warm flour tortilla. The “Only Meat Burrito” is a carnivore’s dream at $15, while the “Supreme Burrito” thoughtfully balances meat, rice, and pinto beans for a well-rounded experience. Breakfast lovers also have tempting options like the Breakfast Burrito Hashbrown, rich with eggs, hashbrowns, Monterey Jack cheese, and toppings, all for $14.50 — a perfect way to start your day or fuel a late-night craving.
What truly sets Taqueria Mexico apart is the freshness and customization of every order. Customers repeatedly praise the hot, made-to-order meals that suit a variety of tastes and hunger levels, whether you’re grabbing a quick taco, a hefty burrito for the road, or a late-night feast after hours. The atmosphere is warm and casual, with a clean dining area that invites guests to sit down and enjoy their food, or conveniently use the drive-thru option when on the go.
Regulars appreciate the affordability, quality, and consistent experience. Taco Tuesdays add a fun, budget-friendly highlight to the week, drawing crowds yet maintaining a relaxed, unhurried environment. While some might find the tacos smaller than expected, the authentic flavors and attentiveness of the staff more than compensate, creating a welcoming spot that feels like a true neighborhood gem. And if guacamole is on your must-have list, it’s worth noting that the house version leans more towards a green salsa consistency, which offers a unique twist on the traditional recipe.
Whether you’re a Corona local or just passing through, Taqueria Mexico’s combination of classic, expertly prepared dishes, genuine hospitality, and 24/7 accessibility make it a standout destination for Mexican cuisine that satisfies at any hour. It’s the kind of place where the food hits exactly the spot, delivering flavors that linger and a vibe that makes you want to return again and again.

One of the best 24 hour places in Corona, CA to go for tacos and burritos is back and fully remodeled. Great for a regular meal, a burrito for the road, snack, or late night food run. The food is made hot and customized to order. I tend to stop by on my way home. My coworkers and I usually get the tacos, quesadillas, or the all meat burrito if I am going to drive. But this time, I got the hash brown and al pastor breakfast burrito. Now one of my new favorites here. The hash absorbs a lot of the juices that hits you with all the amazing flavor from the eggs, cheese, and al pastor. All of it was well mixed and delicious to the last bite. The burritos tend to be pretty big, if I wasn't so hungry it could have easily fed two. The old restaurant used to have dim lights and tables and chairs that were breaking or squeaky. But now everything is new, there is now a lot of seating inside, its brightly lit, more window seats than before, the restroom is clean, and the tables are more wheelchair friendly. The atmosphere feels so fresh and welcoming yet still charming. It has really improved, and it seems to affect the staff too. We used to have to go to the counter for everything. But now the service was a nice change. They served me my food as each was ready so we can start eating while it's hot and fresh. And they are very responsive to requests. The drive thru still is their main focus when it's busy, but they do try to look after all their customers and going to the counter is still the fastest way to get help with something. I highly recommend giving this place a try. Definitely after midnight or early morning, this place has some of the best tacos and burritos you can get to satisfy your cravings.

I gave 4 stars on food only because the taco was soooo small for the price. If it was labeled as " street" taco that may be different. Also the Guac was more like the green salsa that is served. Definitely prefer Chipotle Guac. This place was clean and the staff was polite.

Happy to try this place out. They are open 24 hours and you can dine inside. They also have drive thru. The prices are pretty standard considering. I was able to try a number of their tacos. The meat was okay. Seasoning was fine. It hits the spot thought at 3 in the morning. For a late night person, this place is a gift.
